It would be a wonderful thing to be identified as God’s friend. That is the way Abraham is described. But how did he come to be that?

He began as a pagan. But then God got a hold of him and his life changed. He not only learned about God, he learned to walk with God. We will turn our attention to the book of Genesis to discover some of what went into his journey . . . and learn some things that might help us in learning to walk with God.

Our time together will be a good lab on learning to read Old Testament narrative passages while we learn how God led Abraham on a journey of spiritual transformation.

This class will meet online on two evening, Thursday evenings, Sept 21 and 28, beginning each evening at 6:30 pm (EST).
