We all feel it from time to time . . . . even if we call it something else. We might talk about being peeved, or bothered; we’re upset or, perhaps, steamed. But, biblically, we’re just talking about anger.
What are we supposed to do about anger? Some try to manage their anger. Turning to the Bible, we actually find something very different–managing anger is not an option. This one evening intensive will look at what the Scriptures actually say about anger and explore some biblical basics for addressing it.
This two evening “intensive” will meet online on two Thursday evenings, Oct 24 and 31, beginning each evening at 6:30 pm (EST). Although the class is free, we’d like you to register so that we can plan accordingly. Once you have registered, you will be sent additional information about logging in to the class.

There is just one man in the Old Testament who is identified as the friend of God–Abraham. And throughout his journey with God, Abraham has conversations with Him–Abraham prays.
This two-evening intensive will listen in on and learn from Abraham as he talks with God. We’ll dip into a number of passages from Genesis and watch as this friend speaks with great Friend. If you’d like to grow in your own life of prayer, what better help could you hope for than to listen in one these two as they converse together?
This intensive will meet online on two consecutive Tuesday evenings, None 7 and 14. We’ll begin at 6:30 pm (EST) both evenings.
Once you have registered, you will receive the link for the class and a printable handout.

In this one evening class, we will turn to Acts 4 and listen to the church pray and then anchor our thinking in Psalm 2–because that is where they drew their thoughts from. It is quite encouraging to listen in on their praying and learn something about how we can think and pray when we are facing serious hardship.
This one-evening class will meet on Thursday, November 21, at 6:30 pm (EST). Although the class is free, we ask you to register so we can send you what you will need to sign on that evening.
